- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cheese Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Garnish:
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Boil the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- Cook the Chicken: In a skillet, cook chicken with seasonings until browned and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- Make the Cheese Sauce: In the same skillet, make a roux with butter and flour. Add milk and broth, then melt in cheeses until creamy.
- Combine and Serve: Add pasta and chicken back to the skillet, heat through, and garnish with parsley. Serve warm.
