Cheesy Crab Rangoon Dip:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 cup lump crab meat (drained and flaked)
- 2 green onions, finely sliced
- Optional: chopped chives or extra green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a small baking dish or oven-safe skillet.
- Mix the ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella, cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce. Mix until smooth and fully combined.
- Add crab and onions: Gently fold in the crab meat and green onions. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden on top. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with additional green onions or chives if desired.

- You can use imitation crab if preferred.
