Casserole:

- 1 (15 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (8.5 oz) box corn muffin mix (like Jiffy)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×9-inch or similar baking dish.
- Mix cream cheese and butter: In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
- Add ingredients: Stir in sour cream, both cans of corn, cheddar cheese, and seasonings. Add corn muffin mix and mix well.
- Bake: Pour mixture into the baking dish, smooth the top, and bake for 40–45 minutes until golden and set.
