  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup ranch or garlic sauce for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella, and cheddar cheese. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley.
  2. Lay out the tortillas and divide the chicken and cheese mixture evenly among them. Roll each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides to form a wrap.
  3. Brush the outside of each wrap with the garlic butter mixture. Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
  4. Place the wraps seam-side down and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and the cheese is melted. Slice in half and serve warm with ranch or garlic sauce for dipping if desired.
