- 1 (16-ounce) bag frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 1 (32-ounce) bag frozen tater tots
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook the ground beef: In a skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Combine ingredients: Stir in soup, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, 1 cup cheddar cheese, and mixed vegetables.
- Assemble the casserole: Spread beef mixture in the baking dish, top with tater tots and remaining cheddar.
