Bagels:

  • 4 plain or everything bagels (halved)

Spinach-Artichoke Filling:

  • 1 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 cup canned artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Mix the filling: In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth. Stir in spinach, artichoke hearts, half of the mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese.
  3. Prepare the bagels: Arrange the bagel halves on the baking sheet. Spread the spinach-artichoke mixture over each bagel half. Top with the remaining mozzarella.
  4. Bake: Bake for 12–15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Broil for 1–2 minutes for a golden top if desired. Serve warm.
