Meatloaf Bites:
- 1 lb ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or small cheese cubes)
Glaze:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.
- Mix meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
- Form meatballs: Divide the meat mixture into about 24 portions. Flatten each portion, place cheese in the center, and wrap meat around it to form a ball.
- Add glaze: Mix ketchup and brown sugar. Spoon over each meatloaf bite.
- Bake: Bake for 20–25 minutes until cooked through and glazed. Let cool slightly before serving.
