  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese (or small cheese cubes)

Glaze:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F and lightly grease a mini muffin tin or baking sheet.
  2. Mix meatloaf: In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Form meatballs: Divide the meat mixture into about 24 portions. Flatten each portion, place cheese in the center, and wrap meat around it to form a ball.
  4. Add glaze: Mix ketchup and brown sugar. Spoon over each meatloaf bite.
