Ground Beef Mixture:

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water

Other Ingredients:

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salsa or sour cream for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cook Beef: Brown ground beef in a skillet, drain fat, add taco seasoning and water, simmer until thickened.
  3. Prepare Sticks: Roll out pizza dough, cut into strips, fill with beef and cheese, fold over, and seal.
  4. Bake: Brush sticks with seasoned butter, bake for 10–12 minutes until golden brown.
