Lasagna Roll-Ups:
- 8 lasagna noodles
Chicken Filling:
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 2 cups Alfredo sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Cook noodles: Cook lasagna noodles al dente, drain, and lay flat.
- Prepare filling: Mix chicken, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Fill and roll: Spread chicken mixture on noodles, roll up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
- Add sauce and cheese: Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups, top with cheeses.
- Bake: Cover with foil, bake 20 mins, then uncover and bake 10 mins until golden.
