Lasagna Roll-Ups:

  • 8 lasagna noodles

Chicken Filling:

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Cook noodles: Cook lasagna noodles al dente, drain, and lay flat.
  3. Prepare filling: Mix chicken, 1 cup Alfredo sauce, ½ cup mozzarella, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill and roll: Spread chicken mixture on noodles, roll up, and place seam-side down in the dish.
  5. Add sauce and cheese: Pour remaining sauce over roll-ups, top with cheeses.
  6. Bake: Cover with foil, bake 20 mins, then uncover and bake 10 mins until golden.
