For the Chicken Alfredo Filling:

For the Garlic Butter:
- 4 sub rolls or hoagie buns
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Stuff the subs: Cut a deep pocket lengthwise into each sub roll without slicing all the way through. Stuff each roll with the chicken Alfredo mixture.
