- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 1 cup frozen broccoli florets, thawed
- 1 can (10.5 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For garnish:
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Mix ingredients: In a large bowl, combine chicken, rice, broccoli, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Stir well.
- Bake: Transfer mixture to the baking dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish and serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
