- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Chopped parsley or mint for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Kofta: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
- Cook the Kofta: Heat oil in a skillet, cook koftas until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the Garlic Yogurt Sauce: Combine yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve: Drizzle koftas with yogurt sauce, garnish with herbs, and enjoy!
