  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

For the Garlic Yogurt Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Chopped parsley or mint for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Kofta: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, grated onion, minced garlic, parsley, mint, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Form into patties.
