Chicken Parmesan Lasagna Skillet:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 1½ cups water or chicken broth
  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • Fresh basil or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil and cook chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet, add chicken, season, and cook until browned.
  2. Add garlic and sauce: Add garlic, then stir in marinara sauce, water, lasagna noodles, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Simmer: Cover and simmer until noodles are tender.
