These Chicken Tikka Kebabs are a flavorful and aromatic Indian dish featuring tender marinated chicken grilled to perfection. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend barbecue!

Marinade:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs (cut into 1.5-inch pieces)
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional for heat)
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare Marinade: In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, paprika, garam masala, turmeric, cayenne, salt, and oil. Add chicken, coat evenly, cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
- Grill Chicken: Preheat grill or broiler. Thread chicken onto skewers, grill for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally until fully cooked and slightly charred. Serve hot with sides of choice.
Notes
- You can also bake the skewers at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
