Ingredients
Salmon:
1 side of salmon (about 2 to 3 pounds)
Glaze:
2 tablespoons olive oil, 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons honey, 3 garlic cloves (minced), 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, 2 teaspoons lemon zest, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill, 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, salt and black pepper to taste, lemon slices and fresh herbs for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon skin-side down on the baking sheet.
- Make the glaze: In a bowl, mix olive oil, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, dill, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the salmon: Brush the glaze over the salmon. Add lemon slices on top if desired.
- Bake: Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the salmon is cooked to your liking.
- Finish and serve: Garnish with herbs and lemon slices before serving.
