Main Bread:

- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease/flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix melted butter, milk, eggs, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry: Pour wet ingredients into the dry mix and stir until just combined.
- Prepare cinnamon swirl: Mix 1/3 cup sugar and 1 tablespoon cinnamon in a bowl.
- Layer batter: Pour half the batter into the pan, sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mix, then repeat.
- Bake: Bake for 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool and serve: Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
