Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pan: Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. Combine wet ingredients: In another bowl, mix milk, oil, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Add to the dry ingredients and stir.
  4. Create cinnamon swirl: Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
