- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
For the Optional Icing:
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tablespoons milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut and Coat: Cut each biscuit into quarters. In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon. Dip each biscuit piece in melted butter, then coat with cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Bake: Arrange coated pieces on the baking sheet and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Prepare Icing: While baking, whisk together optional icing ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle and Serve: Let biscuit bites cool slightly and drizzle with icing if desired. Serve warm.
