Scale

Cream Cheese Mixture:

  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

Coconut Pudding Mixture:

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant coconut cream pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened shredded coconut (toasted, divided)
  • graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or fresh fruit for serving

Instructions

  1. Cream Cheese Mixture: In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and continue to beat until fully combined and creamy.
  2. Coconut Pudding Mixture: In a separate bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and cold milk for about 2 minutes until thickened. Add the pudding mixture and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture and blend until smooth.
  3. Final Steps: Gently fold in the whipped topping and half of the toasted coconut. Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle the remaining toasted coconut on top. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or sliced fruit.
