Chicken & Sauce:

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Additional Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Place chicken in crock pot, add soup, broth, milk, onion, celery, and seasonings. Stir gently.
  2. Cook Chicken: Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or high for 3–4 hours until tender.
  3. Shred Chicken and Add Noodles: Remove chicken, shred, return to pot. Stir in noodles and butter. Cook on high for 20–30 minutes.
