Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla: Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Mix wet and dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
  6. Add mix-ins: Fold in the crushed cookies and white chocolate chips.
  7. Bake: Scoop dough into rounded tablespoons and place on prepared baking sheets. Bake for 9–11 minutes until lightly golden.
