Cookies & Cream Cookies:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ¾ cup brown sugar (packed)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ½ cups white chocolate chips
- 15 Oreo cookies (roughly chopped)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to the wet ingredients.
- Add mix-ins: Gently fold in the white chocolate chips and chopped Oreo cookies.
- Bake: Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool and enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
