Description

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated pizza dough or crescent roll dough

Filling:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 10 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed

Additional:

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 12 teaspoons milk
  • Extra crushed cookies for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Roll out the dough: Unroll the dough into a rectangle and press out to an even thickness.
  4. Add the filling: Spread the cream cheese mixture over the dough and sprinkle with crushed cookies.
  5. Roll up the dough: Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into rounds.
  6. Bake: Place the rolls on the baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Make the glaze: Mix powdered sugar and milk to make a glaze.
  8. Drizzle and serve: Drizzle the glaze over the slightly cooled rolls and top with crushed cookies if desired. Serve warm.
