Cookies ‘n Cream Cookies:

  • 15 Oreo cookies, crushed into chunks
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
  4. Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  5. Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
  6. Add mix-ins: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
