Cookies ‘n Cream Cookies:

- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugars: In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs and vanilla: Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- Combine dry ingredients: In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients: Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined.
- Add mix-ins: Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies and white chocolate chips.
- Bake: Drop dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10–12 minutes until golden.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
