Garlic Soup:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 cups peeled garlic cloves (about 3 bulbs)

- 1 cup crusty day-old bread, cubed

- 4 large egg yolks

Instructions
