Biscuit Dough:

- 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- ½ cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
- ¾ cup buttermilk
Crab Filling:
- 8 ounces lump crab meat (drained and picked through)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic Butter Topping:
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven and prepare baking sheet: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make biscuit dough: In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and cayenne pepper. Cut in cold butter, then stir in cheddar cheese. Add buttermilk and mix until just combined.
- Prepare crab filling: In a separate bowl, mix crab meat with mayo, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble biscuits: Flatten biscuit dough, add crab mixture, seal edges, and place on baking sheet.
- Bake: Bake for 14–16 minutes or until golden brown.
- Make garlic butter topping: Mix melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over warm biscuits.

- Use lump crab meat for best results.
- Unbaked stuffed biscuits can be frozen and baked from frozen with additional bake time.
