Cranberry Sauce:
- ½ cup whole berry cranberry sauce
Nuts:
- ¼ cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Honey (optional):
- 1 tablespoon honey
Fresh Rosemary (optional):
- Finely chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
- Prepare Puff Pastry: Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet into a 12×12-inch square on a floured surface. Cut into 24 equal squares and press into the mini muffin tin.
- Add Ingredients: Place a cube of Brie cheese in each pastry cup, top with cranberry sauce and nuts.
- Bake: Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
