Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, combine oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- Cream Butter and Sugar: In a large bowl, cream together softened butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add Wet Ingredients: Mix in honey, vanilla extract, orange zest, and orange juice until well combined.
- Combine Wet and Dry: Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until fully incorporated.
- Add Mix-ins: Fold in dried cranberries and chopped pecans.
- Bake: Press the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 22–25 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool and Cut: Let the bars cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
Notes
