  • 1 cup cold whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare the shells: In a saucepan, boil water, butter, and salt. Add flour, stir until a ball forms. Cool slightly, then beat in eggs one at a time.
