- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups water

- 8 uncooked lasagna noodles, broken into pieces
To Finish:
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Sausage: In a large pot, cook the Italian sausage until browned. Drain and set aside.
- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
- Add Broth and Noodles: Pour in broth, water, tomatoes, and seasoning. Add noodles and sausage. Simmer until noodles are tender.
- Stir in Spinach and Cream: Add spinach, then stir in cream and cheeses until creamy.
- Season and Serve: Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot, garnished with parsley.
