For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Meatballs: In a large bowl, mix together ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Form into 1-inch meatballs.
