- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Chopped fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Pasta: Cook pasta according to package directions; drain and set aside.
- Cook the Shrimp: Pat shrimp dry and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Cook in a skillet until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside.
- Make the Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic, red pepper flakes, sun-dried tomatoes, Italian seasoning, heavy cream, and chicken broth. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine and Serve: Return shrimp to the skillet, add cooked pasta, and toss to coat in the sauce. Simmer briefly, garnish with basil or parsley, and serve.
