  • 2 cups chicken broth

Seasonings:

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Dairy:

  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Sauté Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large pot, sauté onion and garlic until fragrant.
