  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup capers, drained
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • lemon slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Cook Salmon: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Cook salmon until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
