Salmon:

- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, divided
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup capers, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- lemon slices for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Salmon: Pat salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook Salmon: Heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet. Cook salmon until golden and cooked through. Transfer to a plate.
- Make Sauce: In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic. Stir in chicken broth, heavy cream, lemon juice, and capers. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Finish Dish: Return salmon to the skillet, spoon sauce over the top. Cook until heated through. Garnish with parsley and lemon slices.
