For the Pasta:

  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
  2. Transfer to Slow Cooker: Drain excess grease and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Cook on low for 4–5 hours.
  3. Add Pasta: Thirty minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta. Cook on high until tender, about 25–30 minutes.
