For the Pasta:
- 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
- 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes (undrained)
- 2 cups beef broth
- 8 oz uncooked pasta (penne or rotini)
- 4 oz cream cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Beef Mixture: In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Cook for 1 minute.
- Transfer to Slow Cooker: Drain excess grease and transfer the mixture to a slow cooker. Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, and beef broth. Cook on low for 4–5 hours.
- Add Pasta: Thirty minutes before serving, stir in the uncooked pasta. Cook on high until tender, about 25–30 minutes.
- Finish with Cheeses: Stir in cream cheese, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
