  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

  • 1/2 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta: Prepare the pasta according to package instructions. Reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
  2. Make the sauce: In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté garlic and shallot until soft. Add red pepper flakes, then pour in white wine. Simmer briefly, then add tomato paste, heavy cream, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
  3. Finish the dish: Add lobster meat to the sauce and heat through. Stir in lemon juice. Toss drained pasta in the sauce, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese, stir gently, and serve hot, garnished with parsley.
