- 1 cup diced potatoes or cauliflower (optional for a heartier soup)
Instructions
- Sauté Aromatics: In a large pot, heat olive oil and butter. Sauté onion until softened. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Cook Chicken: Add chicken, cook until browned.
- Add Broth: Pour in chicken broth, simmer. Add optional potatoes/cauliflower, cook until tender.
