Fish Sticks:

- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder

Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease with cooking spray.

- Coat the Fish: Dredge each fish strip in flour, then dip into the egg, and coat thoroughly in the breadcrumb mixture.
- Bake: Place the coated fish sticks on the prepared baking sheet, spray the tops with cooking spray or olive oil, and bake for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.

Notes
- To make these gluten-free, use almond flour and gluten-free breadcrumbs.
