Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine mashed potatoes, corn, cheddar cheese, green onions, flour, egg, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix well.
- Fry Fritters: Heat vegetable oil in a skillet. Scoop 2 tablespoons of mixture, flatten into patties, and fry for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Drain and Serve: Remove fritters, drain on paper towels, and serve hot with dipping sauce.

- For extra crispiness, chill the mixture for 20 minutes before frying.
