Fettuccine Pasta:

Chicken:

- 2 eggs, beaten

- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (divided)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Alfredo Sauce:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 ½ cups heavy cream
- ½ cup whole milk
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or more Parmesan
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Garnish:
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the Fettuccine: Prepare fettuccine according to package instructions, then set aside.
- Prepare the Chicken: Slice chicken breasts in half, dredge in flour, egg, and breadcrumb mixture. Cook in olive oil until golden and cooked through.
- Make the Alfredo Sauce: In the same skillet, sauté garlic in butter. Add cream, milk, Parmesan, and mozzarella. Season with salt and pepper.
- Combine and Serve: Toss cooked fettuccine in the sauce. Top with sliced chicken, parsley, and serve.
