- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons water
For Serving:
- ½ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Prepare the mixture: In a food processor, pulse the chickpeas, oats, olive oil, tomato paste, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and water until a thick, slightly chunky mixture forms.
- Shape the nuggets: Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the breadcrumbs. Scoop out tablespoon-sized portions and shape into nugget-sized pieces.
- Bake: Place the nuggets on the baking sheet, lightly spray with olive oil, and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Serve the nuggets warm with BBQ sauce for dipping.
