Chicken Marinade:

- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- Zest of 1 lime
- 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped

- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Instructions

- Marinate Chicken: Place chicken thighs in the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or overnight.
- Preheat and Sear: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken skin-side down for 4–6 minutes until crispy. Flip and sear for 2 more minutes.
- Bake: Transfer skillet to the oven and bake for 12–18 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
- Rest and Serve: Rest chicken, then garnish with cilantro and lime wedges before serving.
