Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts: In the bottom of your crock pot.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours, until the chicken is fully cooked and tender.
- Serve: Over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice. Garnish with chopped fresh basil or parsley before serving.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, chicken broth, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and black pepper. Pour the mixture over the chicken. Top with chopped sun-dried tomatoes and butter.
