This Crockpot Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta is a creamy and flavorful dish that is easy to make using a slow cooker. Tender chicken cooked in a garlic parmesan sauce with cream cheese, served over pasta and garnished with Parmesan and parsley.

Chicken:
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
Sauce:
- 1 (15-ounce) jar garlic parmesan sauce
- 1/2 cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 8 ounces cream cheese, cubed and softened
Other:
- 12 ounces penne or rotini pasta, cooked and drained
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Season and Prepare Chicken: Place chicken in the crockpot, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Add minced garlic on top.
- Add Ingredients: Pour in garlic parmesan sauce and chicken broth. Add cubed cream cheese.
- Cook: Cover and cook on low for 4–5 hours or on high for 2–3 hours until chicken is tender.
- Shred Chicken and Combine: Remove chicken, shred, and return to crockpot. Stir until creamy. Add cooked pasta and coat evenly.
- Serve: Sprinkle with Parmesan and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken thighs for extra tenderness.
- For added richness, stir in a splash of heavy cream before serving.
