Description

Crockpot Lipton Chicken is a delicious and easy-to-make dish that combines tender chicken breasts with savory onion soup mix and creamy mushroom soup. This comforting meal is perfect for busy weeknights or lazy weekends.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet Lipton onion soup mix
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup water or chicken broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (optional for searing)
  • chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Optional: For extra flavor, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the chicken breasts for 2–3 minutes per side until lightly browned.
  2. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of the crockpot.
  3. In a medium bowl, mix the Lipton onion soup mix, cream of mushroom soup, water or broth, garlic powder, and black pepper until combined.
  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6–7 hours or on high for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender and fully cooked.
  6. Stir the sauce before serving and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
  7. Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or egg noodles.

Notes

  • You can substitute cream of mushroom with cream of chicken or cream of celery soup.
  • Add sliced mushrooms or baby carrots for extra veggies.
