Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Lightly grease the inside of a 4 to 6-quart slow cooker. Add the uncooked macaroni, milk, evaporated milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, butter, garlic powder, dry mustard, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine everything evenly.
- Cook in Slow Cooker: Cover and cook on low for 1 hour. After 1 hour, stir well to ensure even cooking. Cover and continue cooking on low for another 1 to 1.5 hours, stirring occasionally, until pasta is tender and cheese is melted and creamy.
