  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (cubed)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions

  1. Add Ingredients: Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a small slow cooker. Top with chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
  2. Cook: Stir everything together. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and melted together.
