- 1 package (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach (thawed and drained)
- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese (cubed)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- optional: pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Add Ingredients: Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a small slow cooker. Top with chopped spinach, artichokes, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.
- Cook: Stir everything together. Cover and cook on low for 2–3 hours, stirring occasionally, until the mixture is hot and melted together.
- Serve: Once fully heated and creamy, give it one final stir and switch the slow cooker to the warm setting. Serve directly from the crockpot with chips, crackers, or sliced bread.
Notes
- Fresh spinach can be used—just sauté it first and drain well.
