- 4 large croissants, halved
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter (for toasting croissants)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- Red onion slices
- Pickles
- Ketchup, mustard, or mayo as desired
Instructions
- Prepare the patties: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Form into 4 patties.

- Toast the croissants: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Butter the croissant halves and toast cut-side down until golden brown.
- Assemble: Place lettuce on the bottom croissant half, add the cheeseburger patty, tomato, onion, pickles, and condiments. Top with the other croissant half and serve.
