Additional:

  • 1 cup dandelion petals (washed and green parts removed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat and Prepare: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Combine Wet Ingredients: In a separate bowl, beat eggs, then add milk, oil, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. Combine and Fold: Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients, mix until just combined. Gently fold in dandelion petals.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into loaf pan, smooth the top, and bake for 40-45 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool and Serve: Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
