Instructions
- Cook the Strawberries: In a large saucepan, combine the strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook until the strawberries release their juices.
- Thicken the Jam: Bring the mixture to a boil and cook until thickened, about 20–25 minutes.
- Add Cocoa and Chocolate: Stir in cocoa powder and vanilla extract until smooth. Add dark chocolate and stir until melted.
- Cool and Store: Remove from heat, cool slightly, then pour into jars and refrigerate.
